Prequel: South Fork Recreation area, Spring Creek, Nevada

20180720_0850321It’s not easy sightseeing with the trailer full of stuff. Don’t even ask if it has brakes, it doesn’t. I can travel great but you can’t rapidly stop and u-turn, by the time you find a place to turn around, you’re five to ten miles away. Another thing, Town gas stations can be a bit of a tight maneuver. Eventually, I might store both the trailer and motorcycles. I can’t ride with Furi unless she’s puppysat. I’m mostly just transporting one so I can fix it with Chris and then head up to Sturgis. Chris’s wife Jodi will watch the Furious one while we are up there. Lastly, navigating around the East Coast would be an utter nightmare, we’ll see. Another additional issue with the setup is when you set the tent up, your stationary unless you fold it back up. I’d like to eventually get the Smittybilt Scout trailer. It would be much easier to get around once you set up camp.

It would be great if you had a boat! I set up camp with a shrieking Furi. Filled up the water. I let Furi swim for a bit in the lake. I then fed a damp but cool and content Furi. I cooked a Cheeseburger and took the pup for a walk. Texted Dickie, talked to James for a little bit.

Trying to figure out where I’ll make it next. I’d like to avoid Salt Lake City. Maybe I’ll hit up Moab for the third time…
